TOPPING
Method
- 1BLEND BASE
Blend 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon into your usual protein Creami base until completely smooth.
- 2FREEZE
Pour into a Creami pint without exceeding the max-fill line. Freeze upright and level overnight.
- 3FIRST SPIN
Rest the pint 5 minutes, then process on Regular Ice Cream. If it stays powdery, run one no-liquid Respin before the mix-in.
- 4MIX-IN THE CEREAL
Add 10g Cinnamon Toast Crunch and run Mix-In.
- 5MELT THE WHITE CHOCOLATE
Melt 14g Lily's white chocolate chips until smooth and pourable.
- 6SCOOP + FINISH
Scoop the Creami into a bowl, drizzle the melted white chocolate, and top with the remaining 10g Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Eat immediately for the intended texture.
Three keys to success
- 1Vanilla and cinnamon go into the base BEFORE freezing — 1 tsp each. That's the snickerdoodle backbone.
- 2The two cereal portions are separate: 10g goes in on Mix-In (after the first spin), 10g goes on top at the end. Both are counted in the 400-calorie total.
- 3Melt the Lily's white chocolate and drizzle it AFTER scooping so it sets in glossy drops instead of disappearing into the pint.

Storage and nutrition
Storage: Keep the unprocessed base frozen upright and level. Melt the white chocolate and process only when ready to eat.
Reheat: N/A. If the processed base is powdery, use a no-liquid Respin before the mix-in.
Lasts: The frozen pre-spin pint keeps up to one week. The finished pint is best immediately after Mix-In and drizzle.
