Cookie & Cream White Drop Marbled Protein Creami

By Tushar Sharma

One protein Creami base split into a cocoa half and a vanilla half, spun separately, then folded together for a chocolate-and-vanilla marble with Oreo Thins and Lily's white chips through Mix-In and a melted white-chip drizzle. About 400 calories and 42g protein for the full combined batch.

Make this when

You want a cookies-and-cream marbled whole-batch Creami — a cocoa half and a vanilla half spun apart then folded together, with Oreo Thins crunch and melted white drops — and enough protein to work as a Powerup. Week 11 Flavor 2 of the CrumblCreamiCut series recreating current Crumbl flavors.

Flavor target

First bite: cool vanilla and cocoa reading as cookies-and-cream from the marbled base. Middle: creamy ultra-filtered-milk and whey body. Finish: the crunch of Oreo Thins and glossy melted-white-chip drops.

CREAMI BASE (split into two half-pints)

MIX-IN (after combining the spun halves)

TOPPING

Method

  1. 1
    SPLIT THE BASE

Split one usual protein Creami base evenly between two half-pint containers.

  2. 2
    FLAVOR + FREEZE

Blend 1 tablespoon cocoa into one half and 1 teaspoon vanilla into the other. Freeze both level overnight.

  3. 3
    SPIN SEPARATELY

Rest both containers 5 minutes, then process each half-pint on its own on Regular Ice Cream. If either stays powdery, run one no-liquid Respin before combining.

  4. 4
    COMBINE + MARBLE

Combine the two first-spun halves and fold briefly for a loose chocolate-and-vanilla marble — a few folds only, or the two colors blend into one.

  5. 5
    MIX-IN

Add 5g Lily's white chips and 2 Oreo Thins to the combined pint and run Mix-In.

  6. 6
    SCOOP + DRIZZLE

Scoop the combined pint into a bowl and drizzle 10g melted Lily's white chips for the white-drop finish. Eat immediately for the intended texture.

Three keys to success

  1. 1One base, split evenly into two half-pints — 1 tbsp cocoa in one, 1 tsp vanilla in the other. That split is what makes the marble; the base is counted once for macros.
  2. 2Spin the two half-pints SEPARATELY on Regular Ice Cream, then combine after the first spins — don't freeze them pre-mixed or you lose the two colors.
  3. 3Fold the combined halves only a few times. Over-folding turns the marble into a uniform light-brown; the loose marble is the goal.

Storage and nutrition

Storage: Keep both unprocessed half-pints frozen upright and level. Melt the white chocolate and process only when ready to eat.

Reheat: N/A. If a spun half-pint is powdery, use a no-liquid Respin before combining.

Lasts: The frozen pre-spin half-pints keep up to one week. The finished combined pint is best immediately after Mix-In and drizzle.
