First sip: sugar-free chocolate + crushed Nilla wafers on the rim deliver the cookie-and-cocoa opener. Middle sips: instant coffee + vanilla + unflavored whey over fat-free Fairlife read as a light, creamy coffee. Finish: a separate frothed Fage-vanilla-Jell-O cold foam spooned on top with a cocoa dust is the tiramisu payoff. Not chalky, not clumpy — whey dissolves into the hot concentrate before ice + milk go in.

Method
- 1RIM THE GLASS
Coat the rim lightly with sugar-free chocolate syrup and crushed Nilla wafers. Reserve the leftover chocolate-Nilla mixture — it goes into the drink later, no waste.
- 2BUILD THE CONCENTRATE
Froth instant coffee, monk fruit, 1/2 scoop unflavored whey isolate, 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 2-3 tbsp hot (not boiling) water until completely smooth. Blend the whey into the concentrate FIRST — the Proffee-series spine that prevents clumps.
- 3ASSEMBLE
Add ice and 1/2 cup Fairlife fat-free milk to the concentrate.
- 4MAKE THE FOAM
Separately froth 1 tbsp Fage 0%, 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla Jell-O pudding mix, and 1/8 cup Fairlife until thick and creamy.
- 5FINISH + SERVE
Stir the reserved chocolate-Nilla rim mixture into the drink, spoon the vanilla cold foam over the top, and dust lightly with cocoa. Serve immediately.
Adult plate | Kid plate
Adult
Full recipe as written — 1 glass per adult at ~180 cal / 24g protein. Adult-only because of caffeine.
Kid
Adult-only Powerup — this contains caffeine and is NOT a kid drink. Younger kids shouldn't have caffeine at all; older kids should get caffeine-free protein alternatives. Nilla wafers contain wheat — check the current package for gluten/wheat if serving anyone with that allergy.
Three keys to success
- 1Blend whey into the CONCENTRATE first, before ice or milk. Proffee-series spine — carries from Ep 1.
- 2Hot (NOT boiling) water for the concentrate. Boiling denatures the whey.
- 3Submerge the frother head BEFORE turning it on. Splatter control.

Storage and nutrition
Storage: Best served immediately. The blended concentrate (before ice + milk + rim + foam) can be refrigerated in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours — reblend briefly if it separates. Rim, foam, and cocoa dust go on AT SERVING TIME only.
Reheat: Don't — this is an iced drink. For a hot version, skip the ice and use warm (not boiling) milk over the hot concentrate. Skip the rim for a hot serve; the foam and cocoa dust still work.
Lasts: Finished drink is best in the first 2-3 minutes. The chocolate-Nilla rim softens against ambient humidity in ~5 min; the cold foam holds a few minutes before settling. Concentrate alone (no ice/milk/rim/foam) holds 24 hours refrigerated.
